Prior-art search is the process of finding earlier patent and technical evidence relevant to a new invention or claim set. IPClavis turns selected search evidence into review-ready prior-art briefs with source references and manual review boundaries.
Evidence model
- The current entrypoint is POST /api/reports/analyses/.
- Search evidence, selected candidates, and claim/document context are frozen into the payload.
- Outputs use prior_art_analysis.v1 style evidence brief positioning.
What IPClavis does not do
- Determine patentability.
- Guarantee novelty or inventive step.
- Replace attorney review of claims and evidence spans.
