Workflow

  • Translate the question into search context and candidate retrieval.
  • Attach patent, document, claim, classification, and source evidence to the workflow.
  • Use AI only after evidence scope, workflow policy, output schema, validator, and fallback are selected.

Evidence model

  • Context is assembled from scoped evidence and tenant-safe boundaries.
  • Outputs are checked against allowed evidence references before becoming artifacts.
  • Fallback behavior is part of the runtime contract.

What IPClavis does not do

  • Generate unsupported patent conclusions from a prompt alone.
  • Let domain apps call model providers directly.
  • Present AI output as a substitute for manual evidence review.
